EKO BLACK BELT SEMINAR STARA WIESS 2024

The European Karate Organization invites you to participate in the Black Belt Seminar and Referee Course at the European Center Budo Dojo Stara Wieś on March 15-17, 2024.

The training and the Referees’ Course will be conducted by instructors, members of the EKO Technical Committee and the EKO Referee Committee. EKO encourages that all countries within EKO are represented by leading teachers and high level referees for harmonization and increased understanding of kata in tradition and competition. We especially invite established referees to participate in the seminar and the inclusive course.

Special instructors will be shihan Brian Fitkin and shihan Howard Collins, along with Japanese instructors shihan Yasuharu Fujihara and shihan Shinichi Sotodate. The current Kata Champion from the 2023 World Championships, Taishi Watanabe, will also participate in the seminar.

Check-in on March 15 from 10:00 a.m.

First training on March 15 at 4:00 p.m.

The cost of participation is 320 euros.

The timetable for the entire seminar will be provided soon.
